Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping on orders over $500 (continental US)
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional cost)
• All orders ship from Ham Lake, Minnesota
• Tracking number provided via email once shipped

Return Policy

• 30-Day Returns on unused, unopened products in original packaging
• Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Warranty

• All ThinkCar diagnostic tools carry a manufacturer warranty
• Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications
• Contact our support team for warranty claims

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
